Making it
​a traditional event

The idea of organizing a Beach Paravolley tournament in Ljubljana was born in 2021 when we organized our first volley event in collaboration with Slovenian Volleyball Federation. We made it happen despite Covid complications and are excited to continue the tradition this year as well.

Sitting, standing, men and women

Participating teams can either stay at our official hotel or find their own accommodation.  However,  official  transport to the venue will only be organized from the official  hotel to the venue.  You can therefore choose between two options:​

STAYING AT THE OFFICIAL HOTEL:

  • Registration fee: 250 €
  • Meals during the event*: 75 € per person
  • Transport from the airport (Jože Pučnik Airport) to the hotel
  • Transport from the hotel to the venue is    included

*Only on competition days - starts with dinner on Friday and ends with lunch on Sunday.

OTHER ACCOMODATION:

  • Registration fee: 350 €
  • Meals during the event*: 75 € per person
  • Transport    from the hotel to the venue is   not included
  • Teams find their own accomodation

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Registration for the tournament closes on July 15.
Teams that cancel their participation after July 15 will be charged a fine of €500.

Official Hotel

We recommend staying at Austria Trend Hotel, which is a five-star hotel nearby the main venue. You can choose between* different types of rooms: ​
  • Single bed room: 120   €
  • Double room: 135 €
  • Triple room: 165 €

*Prices per room per day.  Breakfast is included. 

Indoor and ourtdoor courts

The weather conditions can't ruin the experience - thanks to the​ Ludus Beach Park Ljubljana outdoor and indoor infrastructure we can play in any weather. 

Training camp

A team can also apply for a training camp, which will take place from 24th of July till 28th of July. ​Teams can choose between 2 or 4-day training camps.

Training will be organized in Ludus Beach Park Ljubljana and we recommend staying at the official Austria trend hotel during the training camp (see prices above).

We do not provide hot meals during the training camp so  we suggest having meals in the hotel:
  • half board price: +25 € per day
  • full board price: +50 € per day
Training camps will only be organized if a minimum of 10 players will apply.
